When you call Guardian Angel for the placement of a babysitter for extended care, we will work to find a babysitter especially for you. You will negotiate an hourly rate with your babysitter. The typical fee is $10 to $15 per hour. You will pay our service $15 per day ($10 for extended nighttime care beginning at 5 pm). This fee will be charged by the babysitter and the babysitter will send the payment to our office.

          Our babysitters are charging a four hour minimum. Each job will be considered on an individual basis. Rates are subject to change at any time.

          Search fees are non-refundable. If the search is cancelled, the search fee is retained by the agency (non-refundable) to pay for processing and searching.

          Our cancellation policy: if a client cancels and we have started working to find a caregiver for them, they are responsible for the referral fees for each day service was requested (maximum of ten days if the order was longer than that time).

          If a candidate is selected for an extended care and the extended care is later cancelled, the fees (agency and babysitter) remain due for the entire extended care (maximum of ten days if the extended care was longer than 10 days).

          If transportation is involved on the job using the babysitters automobile, the fee to the babysitter is to be negotiated between family and babysitter.

Babysitters are covered under our Bond, and Insurance policy.

An Agency/Client agreement must be signed and returned to the office.
